  1. I really like the one of the deer antlers, because if you hadn't labeled it, I would have no idea what it was. Just shows how close you really are!I never knew the texture of the deer antler looked like that.

  2. My favorite is the leave because it does show more than we would usually see just looking at the leaves on the ground or on a tree. Over all these images work well together and have great exposure. I think that the pills image would be stronger if the bottle was even on both ends with the white edge or even rotated a little bit to make it feel more like a straight line.

  3. The photograph of the pills is definitely my favorite close up of any photograph I've seen so far! I don't really know why; the illusion of a border on the image creates an ethereal sense, yet the pills seem to be a hardcore subject (even though they're probably just prescription for something legal.... I'd assume... haha). The opposition of the scene, with the close-up image of the pills and the blurred pill bottle makes me want to reach into the bottle through the side of the transparent bottle.... not through the top. This is a grasping image, as all of the others are as well. Nice work!

  4. I love that you chose to capture tree bark. The angle and intimacy of the photo make the bark look like terrain of a strange planet or something. The only possible thing to work on in regard to this particular phto is the focus of the image. Other than that, the composition is wonderful.

  5. I agree that the image of the tree bark is really lovely. The focus doesn't bother me because at least one part of the image (the center... ) is in focus while the rest falls in and out of focus. This creates a lot of depth in what might otherwise be a more flat image.
